COURTS was determined to optimize their online-to-offline strategies and data analytics to offer an integrated omnichannel experience, meeting their customers wherever they shopped while also focusing their data-driven approach.
We decided COURTS would be best served by the latest version of Magento with additional performance and feature enrichment. The primary challenge would be unifying and tracking O2O analytics while delivering an enjoyable and valuable shopping experience to customers.
