Seamless Scalability

By using a CDN (content delivery network), SmartOSC worked alongside Boozt to deliver content more efficiently. With reduced load times on their servers and improved channel performance we increased Boozt’s capabilities and global reach, freeing them to scale their presence without friction.

Streamlined Checkout Systems

SmartOSC worked closely with Boozt to address the issues with their cart checkout. By developing a shared checkout setup, it became possible to use a single checkout across multiple different brands, greatly simplifying the process for customers and increasing cross-sale opportunities. The loading efficiency on the site was improved, improving customer experience by providing a quick and responsive service. This gave Boozt greater control over their order management system and allowed for the introduction of weekly email campaigns to incentivize current and new customers.

Custom Localization

SmartOSC used the Magento multi-store view feature to localize the Boozt online stores to display translated text and local currencies for each of their targeted markets. All customers can view, interact and shop in their native language, using their own currency. Marketing and promotional campaigns were also localized to be more relevant to international audiences. Boozt now operates in over 25 different countries.
