Job Description:

To plan and carry out marketing and sales activities for large European fashion brands, including clothing's, jewelry, shoes and other accessories. The marketing analyst should work closely with the overseas clients, Brand and Development teams to execute e-marketing strategies, and boost the online revenue.

• Responsible for all the Company Marketing operation related to e-commerce
• Manage the online Marketing operation deployment of project in cooperation with the team leads
• Responsible for analysing the data and improving marketing services
• Running email marketing campaigns
• Responsible for planning and time reporting of the resource
• Managing the daily operation of the Marketing Operations Department. Training and coaching
• Communication with foreign clients

Requirements:

The candidate should have the following skills:

• Strong Ecommerce and Online Marketing Operation Experienc
• Strong experience with SEO, SEM, Affiliate, Email-marketing
• Strong experience with Marketing analytics (Google Analytics)
• Strong use of Human resource planning tools
• At least 5 - 7 years of working experience in similar positions
• English fluency in verbal and business written communication
• Knowledge of the IT and/or software industry, experience in selling hi-tech services (software, IT, telecom, etc.) are preferred
• Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing, Foreign Trade, Business Management, Computer Sciences; MBA degree is an advantage
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Strong communication, presentation and client relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
