Job Description:

• Responsible for all the Company Projects focusing on Ecommerce
• Manage the deployment of project in cooperation with the team leaders
• Responsible for planning and time reporting of the resource
• Managing the daily operation of the Deployment Department
• Building team, training and coaching
• Communication with other teams within the organization and foreign clients
• Will work closely with the Group's Project Director

Requirements:

The candidate should have the following skills:

• Strong Project Management Experience
• Strong use of Human resource planning tools
• At least 5 - 7 years of working experience in similar positions
• English fluency in verbal and business written communication
• Knowledge of the IT and/or software industry, experience in selling hi-tech services (software, IT, telecom, etc.) are preferred
• Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing, Foreign Trade, Business Management, Computer Sciences
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Strong communication, presentation and client relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience with MVC PHP frameworks, SVN, HTML, Modelling language (UML)
