Normally, the application screening takes 2 weeks. We then send an Interview Invitation letter to qualified candidates.
Sometimes, however, processing time may be longer due to large numbers of applicants. So please be patient.

The tests are computer-based and most of them are multiple - choice questions. For developer positions, the test may cover PHP, HTML, Javascript, CSS, MySQL and .NET (for .NET developer). For other positions, please contact us if you need more information.
In the interview, you are normally asked to describe your education and working experience. It is very important to let the interviewer know how you would meet the job criteria.
Yes, everyone who joins the company will go through 2-month training period. The training will help you understand the company's vision, working process and get to know people. Moreover, the training is also an important clue for us to assess your skills, knowledge and professionalism.
